All you need to know before you place your order.

Feel free to place your order via our online store. Once we receive it, our sales staff will contact you back to agree upon all details of printing, cost calculation and deliv-ery. Don’t be afraid of making a mistake - we are here to make sure the entire pro-cess runs flawlessly and requires your minimal involvement. We value your precious time..

	Non-printed products are sent within 24 hours from placing the order. If you place your order in the afternoon(after 13:00), the delivery time is usually postponed by one working day.
	Standard order processing time is 48 hours. It can alter if your order is large or if production is made to order. Each time, order processing time is mutually agreed between the customer and our sales department.
	If promotional gadgets have to be transferred from our external depots or if they have to be designed and produced from scratch to suit customer’s requirements, order processing time will be extended by up to 7 days. Our customers get this information as early as when placing their enquiry.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours, provided that it refers to non-printed products. All printed gadgets, if available in our Polish depot, will be ready for dis-patch within 2 days. Promotional items that need to be produced or transferred from our external depots will be ready in about 7 days. The above deadlines may vary de-pending on respective orders - mainly due to printing time or seasonal flood of orders. In every case, before the order is confirmed, we specify its fulfillment time - so that every customer knows in advance how much time it takes to produce their gadgets.

When you receive your products please make sure to carefully check the condition of the parcel. If it reveals any traces of an unauthorized opening or damage it is recom-mended to draw up a damage report with the deliverer. Unless you do it, it will be nearly impossible to pursue remedies against the delivering company. If, despite the highest accuracy we put to fulfill every order, our product does not meet your expec-tations, feel free to contact us.
